I requested a withdrawal from my Elance account and have not received it, what should I do?

If you requested a check withdrawal and have not received the check after 30 days please click the 'Contact Us' link above, choose the 'WIRE/ACH/Check Transfer' option to notify our billing department.  In the email form, include the dollar amount and the date you requested the withdrawal.

If you requested an ACH transfer and have not received payment after 4 business days please click the 'Contact Us' link above, choose the 'WIRE/ACH/Check Transfer' option to notify our billing department.   In the email form, include the dollar amount, bank details, and the date you requested the withdrawal.

If you requested a wire transfer withdrawal and have not receive payment after four weeks please click the 'Contact Us' link above, choose the 'WIRE/ACH/Check Transfer' option to notify our billing department.  In the email form, include the dollar amount, banking details, and the date you requested the withdrawal.

If you requested a PayPal withdrawal and have not receive payment after 2 business days please click the 'Contact Us' link above, choose the 'PayPal/Payoneer' option to notify our billing department.  In the email form, include the dollar amount, your PayPal email address and the date you requested the withdrawal.
